One-of-a-Form
A series shaped by material
Each piece begins with what is already singular — a stone, a fragment of glass, a form shaped by nature or by process. Rather than imposing a predefined design, the material itself leads the creation, dictating proportion, volume and balance.
The form is developed entirely by hand, sculpted directly in wax and refined in dialogue with the chosen material. Wax is carved, adjusted and reworked to accommodate the stone, allowing the piece to emerge intuitively.
Marks, asymmetries and subtle variations are inherent to this process. They are preserved as traces of craftsmanship, revealing the gesture and the time invested in each piece.
Each One of a Form exists as a single edition.
