Shipping & Returns
Each piece is crafted artisanally and prepared with care in our Parisian atelier.
Some designs are available in limited stock and ready to ship, while others are made to order. Made-to-order pieces are produced individually upon confirmation of your order, following our artisanal process.
For made-to-order items, please allow approximately 7 business days for production prior to shipment. This production time is essential to ensure quality, precision, and finishing standards.
Taxes & Duties
Prices are displayed without VAT.
For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery.
Orders are shipped from France once production is complete.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:
* Europe: 2–3 business days
* International: 3–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier services, customs processing, or external conditions beyond our control.
Please note that shipping times do not include production time for made-to-order pieces.
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– Unworn and unused
– In their original condition
– Returned with original packaging
Custom-made or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are produced specifically for you. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective or incorrect item.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within the following 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective upon arrival.
Care & Repair
Each RASGA FORMS piece is designed to be worn with consideration.
We recommend:
* Avoiding contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, and cosmetics
* Removing jewelry before sleeping, exercising, or bathing
* Storing pieces individually in a dry place, away from direct light
These precautions help preserve the surface, structure, and finish of each piece over time.
If your piece requires repair, please contact our client care team with a description of the issue and, if possible, accompanying images.
All repair requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Repair timelines and costs will be communicated after assessment.
